My precious Aimee was diagnosed with an inoperable brainstem glioma on September 27th 2007. I think that was the hardest day of my life. I couldn't understand how this very active, smart, attractive, young lady could have been hit with such a dreadful disease like cancer. I was told that there is no hope for Aimee to recover from this. I was told that she may have 6 months to a year. Now we live each day to the fullest. Aimee is fully aware of the fact that she doesn't have very long to live. Everyday, she has a smile on her face never given into her disease. In mid February the doctors are going to try a new drug that has never been used before with the hopes that it will kill the tumor. All her radiation treatments had not done anything other then stop the tumor from growing for a short time.  Aimee you are a true inspiration to all who know you.  Mommy loves you each and everyday.
