My hubby told me this last night that  if you tickle your baby too much that your baby will stutter.  I want to know if that is true

Feb. 1, 2008 at 2:49 PM Good lord NO!  It is not true.  We tickled our children.  None of my children stutter.  The one thing to be cautious of is to quit tickling them if the seem to be having a hard time breathing.  You can cause them to stop breathing from extreme tickling.

Feb. 1, 2008 at 2:53 PM *chuckle*  yeah that ranks right up there with:  If you have indigestion while prg your baby will be born with lots of hair...NOT  mine was almost bald and I couldnt eat half the time for indigestion/heart burn!   also...if you stand babies up too soon they will be bowlegged ... NOT  my daughter was standing when only a month or so old.  did not want to lay down...grandson same way neither is bowlegged!   MOST babies or tots go thru a period of stuttering.  Ignore it, do not make fun or try to make them stop,,,,it will on its own.
