OMG, yesterday we went to AFF (american family fitness) for our first work out an let me tell you that i used muscles that i never used or even thought that i had.... i woke this morning an i could barely move my arms. one would think that having a kid would keep you kind of in shape.... no i don't think, so when i went to do the arm curls i could barely lift ten pounds. that is bad i use to have more strength than that i guess i let my self go some.... ok a lot then. but one thing that has not changed i was still able to press 100 lbs with my legs. well i was called a mule when i was a kid cause i could kick really hard, lol. im going back again so wish me luck so i don't wake up all sore on sun.
