Uh...I thought this problem was only for 12 mos and under....Help, what are some remedies for getting rid of this gunky cradle cap. I've tried baby oil and scrubbing until her little scalp is almost red...I feel bad. Any suggestions?

Feb. 2, 2008 at 6:11 PM I had the same issue with my daughter and baby oil made it worse, but I swear you have to get what is called gentle natures cradle cap treatment but it is like 8 dollars a bottle, but it works within two times of using it if you let it sit on her head for a few minutes. You can find it right in the baby isle

Feb. 3, 2008 at 1:58 PM Thank you, I will certainly try those. Thank you. Thankfully my oldest doesn't have the problem, just the baby. My oldest just doesn't like to take a shower or brush her hair...even after threats and brushing it myself she still doesn't care about her appearance. Any suggestions on that?
