Well i just got home from the hospital today with my little boy. I don't know if any of you all have had your kid in the hospital but its definately a scary thing... Even though i knew he wasn't htat sick and it was only gonna be for a night or two it scared me to death.... I hated watching them poke and stuff at him and watching him cry thinking i was letting all these people be mean to him...

He had an IV and was taking breathing treatment every 3 hrs. No big deal i know, but i was totally freaked out when they told me they were gonna put him in. They sent him home today, and he's feeling so much better, he's still on breathing treatments and taking some more medicine, but at least were at home, no more doctors and no more needles.... Thank goodnes... :)

Well I have been there and done that with my children were younger. Just letting your child know you are there and things will get better helps. Staying calm and within reach works a wonder in children. You did a good job. Just relax and keep up on treatments and meds.

Have a great day!:)

I'd imagine that would be so hard. I havn't had to take my little one to the hospital. A few months ago when Madison got her immunizations the nurse gave Madison what looked to be a piece of paper to hold ended up being a sheet of stickers. She choked there at the clinic and had to watch as a nurse stuck her fingers down her throat and watching her gasping for breath. It was soo scary. Unfortantely, things happen to our little ones, and as mother's we just need to be there to comfort them. I hope your little boy does well with with his treatments and meds. Hang in there!

Take Care,

Janet
