The last time i was in a car i went to eat at a chinese resturant, I've been fasting  for 31 days and the only thing i could eat is vegetables,and fried rice.Every Janurary  we do a fast sometime for 31 days or a 40 day starts off with no sweets,no caffine for 10 days then we add on no meats,then we ad on no starches atleast that was our 31 day fast.Our 40 day fast is these first 3 then we add and the last 5 days is just water this is really good and it beats going on a diet.If anyone tries this make sure you do alot of praying and reading
