Shutterbugmama's Journal

I've tried to be quiet; It's impossible.

Yeah, its weird...allow me to refresh your memory...

The little motorcycle guy's leg and I bonded...

I had visions of what they might do in urgent care, and decided Id just do it myself..Im to impatient to soak the little leg off in soap and water, Id be sitting there for 2 years.  And I couldnt take the Acetone burned the already torn skin...WHY??????????????  C'mon....

1. Thank you God for a steady left hand, guts, and determination for liberation from the tiny motor cycle guy's leg.  Its nice to be free, but when my husband saw the skin still stuck to the plastic, he got (there wasnt much, no worries...)

2.  Thank you God for time with Aiden today.  We went to the Mall, and rode the carosel together (until the ride operator yelled at me...I was on the second story too, so I was wishing I had the power to shrink to smurf size.

I sleeked off the horse, and went back to standing next to Aiden...)

3.  Thank you God for Valentines Day.  I LOVE VALENTINES DAY!  Im getting so excited. The Mall is FULL of hearts, EVERYWHERE is love and hearts, thats why I went back today with Aiden...there is love EVERYWHERE!!!     (Well, except for the Merry Go Round lady...).

There were Converse, COVERED in hearts, and made of Pattent Leather.  Hearts were White, Pink and Red.  SO CUTE.  I picked the shoe up, so excited to look at the price AS I WALK IN TO ASK FOR MY SIZE...

I made them my screen saver on my phone since I cant have a pair on my feet.

WALK WITH LOVE...there was the message in that one...I hear you God.  Nicely done...

4. Thank you God for Glasses.  I've been getting head aches, and had my vision tested (along with a full physical), and discovered I need glasses....NO MORE Medicine???????  YAY!!!!!!!!!!  thank you God for Glasses...No more head aches, no more medicine, no more "needing to rest my eyes for a sec" more.

So, we're going tonight to pick out...GLASSES...Im staying positive, even though I have a head that is slightly too large for my body...Im not sure glasses will go over well.  Im not a bobble head, just..well...I feel like I have a HUGE head.  I hope I dont end up looking like a submarine....

HEY, Im just glad to not have headaches...even if I DO look like a submarine.  Thank you God for glasses.

5. Thank you God for doors that close behind me...because I CHOOSE to close them behind me.  Thank you for allowing me free will to make choices that best represent who I am, what I stand for, what I wont stand for, and who I will not ever stand with.  Thank you God for allowing me the courage, and the grace that only a woman could have, to turn around, and quietly, and peacefully, and with loving intentions...close the door.  I can walk away, look back if I feel like it, and have the tenacity to move forward making the best choice for me RIGHT NOW.

With what I have open to me currently, I feel capable, confident, loved, and taken care of.  I feel proud of my decisions, I feel glory in my growth.  To close doors behind me as I shift perspective, and focus, is one of the biggest blessings we are given during this life.  I thank you deeply for that...

Count your blessings, Sisters...  And remember to laugh!

You had a very full day! :) I've been wearing glasses since I was 8 or 9. Without them, I am blind. Same with hubby. That's the one thing we actually know about our child - he or she will be wearing glasses starting around the age of 7 or 8. Not only am I grateful that glasses enable me to see well but that frames are so attractive today. :)

Have a wonderful night!!! Off to visit my friend and the alpacas tomorrow. :)
