With all the happiness and wonderment of pregnancy comes a few drawbacks, too. One of which I'm wondering right this moment...when is the morning sickness coming? You never know! When I was pregnant with my first, my morning sickness started really late (4 months along!) and lasted close to 6 weeks. Every pregnancy is different, so when will the barf-monster rear it's ugly head this time? LOL! Who knows. In any case, I'm ultimately elated that I'm going to have another and I can't wait to meet my little bean.

For me, the nausea always kicked in around 6 weeks but not once did I actually vomit. With my 3rd baby, the nausea was really bad and I had to take meds to be able to function - but still I did not vomit.

Good luck! Maybe you'll skip it this whole pregnancy ;)

Feb. 4, 2008 at 12:50 PM I hope you don't get any nausea this pregnancy!!! I'll keep my fingers crossed. Although I did hear some funny stories about you during your pregnancy from people that will remain nameless. Hee hee.

Jul. 8, 2008 at 10:57 AM For me, with both babies, the morning sickness came about the same time the sperm saw the egg... They didn't even get cozy before I was puking. lol.
