Ok, so I really like to be healthy. Eat the right foods, drink plenty of water, get outside for activities etc....  BUT this pregnancy and winter combination is NO GOOD for me lol!

Everyday I tell myself I will eat NO sweets, drink water, and workout. I think that lasted 3 days back at the beginning of January!! Now I just say "well I have 3 weeks or less to eat these cookies" (or whatever.) Its driving me nuts.....so instead of eating up all I can before he comes, I am TODAY starting over with at least walking (because its nice out) , and drink my water.

 We are having a bday party tonight for my nephew so the sweet thing would have to be willpower and with a homemade cake my mom is making.....not so sure how much willpower an pregnant woman can have lol! I have to start somewhere.....

I'm ready to have my body back....I'll share the boobs though lol!!

Have you had your baby yet? In your profile it still appears as though you're expecting. Anyway, you don;t have to cut junk food all together. I'm on a diet that even pregnant/nursing women can be on. There's no counting calories, just making your calories count. You eat nutritious foods regularly, and you can have one cheat meal a week where you can eat anything you want! You can chose your niece's birthday party for your cheat meal, and you can continue on your healthy diet the rest of the week. My diet is called the Abs Diet. I started a group on it, just look at the groups in my profile.
