A Photographic Journal of Fibromyalgia: Making it VisibleThere is so much controversy created because of the invisibility of Fibromyalgia that I felt it was due time we see the faces of those people who suffer with this debilitating disease. I feel that when people realize that they look like our sisters and brothers, our children and neighbors, family and friends, and co-workers… and read the common threads that link the faces nation-wide they will find it difficult to deny it is in fact so real. I want the readers to be able to recognize the faces of the individuals photographed. I want them to recognize the stories entered. I want them to relate to that which they are reading and be made to believe by your stories.I am calling you to participate in a photographic journal of Fibromyalgia. The book "A Photographic Journal of Fibromyalgia: Making it Visible" is your opportunity to put your “face” on Fibromyalgia and make it "Visible". Tell us your story.
