Progress Report: New Orleans

The ribbon cutting for the Lyons Park Little Hands Playground, a combined initiative between Operation Kids and The Drew Brees Foundation’s Rebuilding Dreams in New Orleans campaign, The Allstate Foundation and the Injury Free Coalition took place on Jan 4.It is so exciting to see a project completed so quickly. We announced the initiative on December 11.  This is the first of an initiative over several years to build more parks in New Orleans. It is great to be a part of something that we hope is making a difference in the lives of kids.
