Must be doing something right... ?

I was just sitting here working & playing on the computer in my office when I heard weird music and conversation just around the corner from where I sit....

My 16 yr. old daughter and 13 yr. old son are having a jam session in my living room! Daughter is tapping out notes on the keyboard and she's teaching her little brother to play her guitar... they're getting along!!!

I snuck in there, beaming with pride but the music & conversation stuttered... my kids kept saying, "Mom, please, GO AWAY!"

It hurt my feelings a little bit that they dont want me involved, but just for a moment. Now I'm sitting here in the next room, just 'round the corner, beaming with pride and enjoying the beautiful sound... I feel like a fly on the wall of the happy room I've been dreaming about for years!!!

my little sis and i have never gotten along. we fight less since the amry shipped her to germany but we still fight. so when she is in town and we are within 3 feet of each other and both smiling (doesnt matter why) then mom takes a picture.
