I hope you all are as outraged as I am. I cannot sit idly by as these fascist, sadistic pigs assault a woman under the guise of the law, and I hope you can't, either. Please sign this petition for the Attorney General's office to bring charges against these criminals in uniform. Also, please forward it to everyone you know. If you can forward a fart joke, surely you can forward this?
I realize that Hope Steffey will probably win her lawsuit, but the people responsible need to be charged with a crime. The fact that the sheriff denies any wrongdoing makes it even worse! This could happen to any one of us- imagine you, your sister, your wife, your mother or daughter in this situation, and let's help bring Hope Steffey's assailants to justice!

I don't know any county in any state that is allowed to have the opposite sex in the cell for a strip search PERIOD! they even stated that the male should not have been in there. I hope she wins her case and gets every penny she can from these jerks who call them selves officers.
