My question is, "Do you go with organic over low fat/nonfat?" I'm finding it very difficult to choose organic foods/products when the calories and fat are much higher than the ones I've been eating.

Any ideas how to get more healthy foods into more grocery stores? My local Kroger has a pathetic health food section. I can't get dairy free cheese. All of the beef alternatives I have found so far (like veggie burgers) have egg whites in them.

why is there not more national attention to these slaughter houses and practices of the dairy industry to try to get people awakened to what's going on in these places? The tyson petition I signed for on peta emailed me back giving the usual song and dance about how they're "checking into it" and how peta is over glamorizing the whole situations just to get attention. I believe it's a big cover up forced by millions of dollars in cash and gifts....what do you think?

What a great conversation going! I am lucky to have a Whole Foods and Trader Joe's near me, which makes finding the meatless meatballs, and gardenburgers, etc easy to find. Gardenburger and Boca make a vegan patty that is awesome for burgers. Sometimes, I will use the Soysation cheese if it is all that is available, even if it has a bit of casein in it. I'm not a fan of the Follow Your Heart soy cheese. It's kind of slimey.
I will pass along your questions to the Skinny Bitches themselves!

I haven't read their books yet, however I've heard a lot of great things about them. Could you please ask them what they think about a raw vegan diet? Sorry if they covered that topic in the books. I'm a vegan and I'm trying to go back to raw foods.
