Sorry, but I like these "quiz" things!

TRIMESTER 1

What month did you conceive in? Feb 14th with DD, November 13th with DS

Did you conceive where you live now? Nope, DD was outside in February against an R.V. (yeah we were kind of freaky!) at 3 a.m., DS was at my BF's house

Were you trying to conceive? Yes, with DD. No, with DS

If not, were you happy anyway? yep

Did the daddy want a baby too?? DD, yes, DS not so much (but it worked out in the end)

Was he the first person you told? My sister was there with DD, so she knew the second I walked out of the bathroom and was stark white. My cousin was there with DS, and again, she knew the second I walked out of the bathroom stark white...Daddy was the first

Why did you think you were pregnant? I was getting nauseated all the time, and had NO appetite. Also things smell funny to me when I am pregnant

Was the line on the HPT dark or light? Hmmm...it was pretty even with DD, and I took a digital one with DS...there's no questioning it when it's flashing "Pregnant" at you! haha

What brand of HPT did you use? Safeway brand with DD, and Clearblue Easy with DS

How long did you wait to tell your parents? A couple of days

How far along were you when you had your first appointment? About 8 weeks with both

What stuck out about your first appointment? Not too much

Do you remember what the first heart-rate was? 160-165

What did you want? Boy or girl? A girl with DD and a boy with DS, which is how it worked out! Honestly though, as long as I had a healthy baby, that is all that mattered

Which is more fun to dress up? Girls for sure!

What was the worst part about trimester 1? SUPER nauseous with both! Also get migranes in the first trimester with both

What is the best part about trimester 1? Not a lot. I am sick as a dog in the first trimester

TRIMESTER 2

When did you start to show? About 16 weeks with both

Did you go buy any maternity clothes? I never wore maternity pants with DD, she was low, but still high enough that I could button normal (bigger) pants with her under my belly. I did wear maternity shirts with her though. DS on the other hand was SO stinkin' low that I HAD to wear maternity pants by my 5th month, as well as maternity shirts. 

Was there a point where you thought you just looked fat? Right around the 4th month I was longing to look "PREGGO" and not just chubby

Was the daddy excited that you were showing? With DD, yes. With DS...it was a little different. He kind of freaked out about my changing body (we got preggo after only knowing each other for 6 months...HELLO birth control baby!)

Do you remember what the heart-rate was at most of your appointments? consistantly 160-165

Did you get good profile pictures at your 'big' sonogram? Absolutely! I have some really funny ones of DS's...she had an arrow pointing at them saying, "It's a boy!" and "ALL boy!" It's hilarious.

Was the gender easily identified? Yup. with DD it just looked kind of like a blur, she had to tell me what it was, but with DS...HELLO! Yes hello, my son has a penis. hahaha!

Was it a Daddy's girl or Mama's Boy? Mama's Girl and Mama's Boy!

What was the first thing you bought your baby? Clothes of course

Did you like the 'orange stuff'? Ehh...it tasted like orange soda to me

What was the worst part of trimester 2?nothing at all. I loved how I felt and looked

What was the best part of trimester 2? feeling the flutters and eventually the kicks

TRIMESTER 3

When did you have your baby shower? 7 months with both

What was the best gift you received? Everything was GREAT! But we LOVE our sling! We are a baby wearing family here!

How much did you weigh at your last appointment? 140 with DD, and 153 with DS

How much did they guess the baby weighed? Doc guess 6.10 with DD and she was 6.11 Doc guessed 7.6 with DS and he was 7.5...gee, you think they deliver a few babies every once in a while?!

Did the baby move much? DS more so than DD, but they were both movers and shakers

Throughout your pregnancy did you have any cravings? Cereal with DD, and Pickles and Strawberries with DS

Did you ever count kicks? no

Did you go on a 'babymoon'? no

Were you in maternity clothes? Everyday

Did you get any stretch marks? None with DD, and a few very light ones on my hips with DS

Did the daddy love your belly? DD's father was alright with it, DS's father was freaked out by how much my body changed

What was the best part of trimester 3? All the movement with both

What was the worst part of trimester 3? The exaustion

Overall thoughts on the pregnancy? Great! I'll have one more, but hopefully not until DS is at least 5 yrs old
