NETI POT

So, after many battles w/ cedar, and whatever else is pollenating at the time, I've purchased a Neti Pot!! Very interesting. Anyone else use these? I've been researching techniques and info about salts and keep coming up w/ conflicting instructions.....WHAT SALT IS BEST?  Can I use regular sea salt? I purchased pickling salt because it said that was free of other additives.  I know you shouldn't use iodized salt. I've only done it the past 3 days and feel a bit of a difference already.

When I use it the saline comes out of my eyes!!! No REALLY!!! It flows out of my tear ducts. Then my left ear throbs and then I throw up.... very strange...

Doesn't seem to affect the lady on the video that way at all...hmmmm.....
