Do you know what really annoys the heck out of me? I bet you’re saying, What Dionne. Well whenever I call places and the friggin automated service thing picks up .It’s mind blowing and  sooooo ugh sickening. First of all it ask you all these dam questions, and hold up don’t let IT not understand what the heck you’re talking about cuz yo ass will be disconnected. So I call back.  Then finally after asking 3 hundred billion times for an operator, or a representative may you then be connected. But first if you want to speak to someone in English press 1. Ok someone picks up your call and this MF doesn’t speak English. After I’ve said, what, I don’t know what you’re asking me, what, about Fo times. I’ll say didn’t I press 1 for English WTF. When did the English language become 3^rd class? The only automated service I don’t mind talking to is the I-R-S about my doggone refund…lol!! They can ask me anything they want as long as they tell me that they’ve receive my stuff and my money will be deposited on this day. Have a Good Day!!! LOL!

What about when you have to press all of those buttons and still end up with someone on the other end from another country trying to give you instructions on how to do stuff lol!!!! Dionne, you are such a comedian girl...!!!!  I got to your second sentence and started laughing so hard....  OMG Dionne...!!!  I totally understand what you are saying.... 

I called this one company and had to ask the guy a question about 50 times.  Then when I asked to speak to a supervisor because I was sick of talking to him, the MF sent me to a totally different company that had nothing to do with my account or my problem.  I was pissed...!!!!!!

 I'm glad I speak 2 languages....though it still takes 4eva for an actual human to pick up.
