Feb. 13, 2008 at 11:36 AM thank you Baps!  the "real McCoy" was a good clue.  at first i thought Alex Haley was Colin Powell, but then i went with Alex Haley.  thanks.  i've been really enjoying these quizzes.  while i'm looking up my guesses, i'm learning much about our history.

Alex Haley was my favorite author. I was so sad when he died. 71 or whatever age he was   was too young!
