Wonderful Baby

I'm so proud of my daughter I've just got to share. She is normally a very good baby, and I'm sure my opinion is not biased She is well tempered and easy to get along with but like all kiddos she has her limits. I try not to push them but sometimes things happen and we just have to make the best of it. This is what happened today.

We are down to one car so I had to wake her up and give her a short feeding then out the door at 7:30 to take dad to work. DD slept in the car and we got back at 8:30. She napped a bit longer, woke up and ate her morning cereal, had a quick nursing session then it was off to the tub. We had a quick bath, got dressed ate again at 10:30 and headed off for our playdate at the mall with friends. We were at the mall for over 3 hours, she didn't fuss at all. We took one lunch nursing break and a few diaper stops but she was just loving watching the big kids run around.

She got a 2.5 hour nap in and then back in the car to pick up dad from work.The next 5 hours were spent running errands, bank, H&R Block, Wal-mart, Target, Babies R Us, CVS, Grocery Store and finally home. With the exception of getting hungry at Babies R us she was loving the entire day. I could not have asked for a more agreeable 6 month old and I'm just so proud of her for doing so well!

Jun. 23, 2008 at 11:37 PM i know exactly what you mean. that is how my little hailey is. she is so great sometimes i wonder how did i end up with such a wonderful happy baby. i am so grateful!!!
