Well I made it one week past my due date. They induced me, something I did not want to happen, on the 9th. He was 8 lbs. 9 oz. and 19 inches. He is sooo cute!
Went to the hospital @7 am.. got my IV and started pitocin at 8.. I was 1cm and soft. Doc came back at around 1:30 in the afternoon, I was contracting every five minutes or so.. but they where not super uncomfortable or anything, just annoying. LOL He broke my water and put an internal monitor on the baby, since he was kicking he belly one off and moving so much that they where constantly in my room adjusting the darn thing. Ordered an epidural around three.. didn't plan to want one, but I wussed out...by the time the guy got the needle in and layed me down to tape it on my back.. as soon as they layed me down I realized he was crowning, so didn't actually get the epidural. Oh well.. LOL Then had to lay there and wait for my doctor to get there, luckily his house is close. Had the baby at 4:29pm... after half a push for his shoulders.

He is doing great, nursing like a champ, and almost back to his birth weight at his weight/color check yesterday. No jaundice, which is awesome since my last two had it pretty bad...
