I'm worried about my little man

Last night he came in our bedroom screaming, and saying ouch, ouch. His daddy asked him where he hurt and Jojo pointed to his leg. So, he climbed into my lap and I started going over his leg and asking him which part hurt, he "said" it was his knee. I can find no appernt reason, for the pain. He didn't fall and hurt his knee,there are scrapes on it. It just keeps ouch, ouch. And today he's walking with a limp; what should I do?

Feb. 17, 2008 at 11:54 AM Is it possible he just slept wrong on it? If it continues to bother him and worry you, call your pediatrician and have him checked out.

When you try to bend it certain ways - does it hurt him more in 1 direction than another?  He may have just moved wrong in bed and it caused a spasm.  If he keeps complaining, call the dr.  And just keep looking at it in case you notice any swelling.  You could always try to ice his knee just in case he hit it on something.
