OK she is almost  4 months, lately she has been putting everything in her mouth and tonight she has been really acting crazy crying and she is not a cry baby. I just want some advice and information about teething and when do it start.

Ok this is something Ive been through a few times over.

Yes is can be teething. One of my 6kids got her first tooth at 4 months. But another of mine got their first tooth at 11months and then another got 6 teeth all at once. Totally unpredictable.

putting things in the mouth can be teething...but that is also the main way that babies explore their world.  drooling can be a sign, but around 4 months the saliva glands in the mouth kick in and babies don't have control of swallowing all of it yet.  does your daughter have a runny nose or congestion that might indicate an ear infection?  my girls didn't always get fevers with ear infections.

teething is hard to predict at the beginning until you learn what your childs indicators are.  we were fortunate that our 3 never had trouble, I never really knew when they were getting teeth until I looked and saw that they had broke through.
