Snuggle with Baby Sea Turtles

Not so long ago I suddenly became inspired to illustrate Baby Sea Turtles in a modern and abstract way. I grew up swimming with many Sea Turtles on the shores of Hawaii. As I was waiting to catch that wave, I would often feel them rubbing up against my legs. My childhood memories are filled with these gentle yet endangered ocean creatures.

 As I sat at my desk trying to think of my next design, my son Keanu came up to me holding his plush Sea Turtle. At the time all he could say was "tur tur". Eureka! I knew what my next design would be.

 Here is my best selling handmade baby blanket with the green satin applique of my Baby Sea Turtles design. I offer the blanket in 100% Organic Brown Cotton or chocolate brown 100% European Linen. Each turtle has a circular design. There is no single circular design that is alike. So, that makes each blanket unique!
