Susan Goodknight is my AMAZING Mentor and Most of all Friend! This is a TRIBUTE to her HARD WORK and Dedication to our Team! She has SHOWN me the light for SUCCESS and NOW I am doing the same for my Team because of these Principles she has based and created for us! What she has taught me and Now what I am TEACHING My Ameriplan® Moms...

Our PRINCIPLES...

What is Leadership?

Success comes from developing yourself and then sharing that with others.

The greatest act of service you can offer through ANY business is to help in the growth of a team member by acting as a guide or coach as they grow their business and create the life of their dreams. In our teams success you will find the following Principals that our coaching is based. When your thoughts, words and actions are in sink with these principles you are able to serve others in a meaningful way while creating positive change in your own life.

The Principle of TRUST

  • Trust is present when your team members can count on you to be honest, fair and to care about what is best for them.
  • Trust enables team members to overcome their fear of embarrassment or failure.
  • When trust is present, it creates a safe environment for team members to step outside their comfort zone, take risks and learn from their mistakes.
  • Trust inspires team members to stretch and give their best, often accomplishing far more than they thought possible.
The Principle of RESPECT
  • When you practice respect, you build self-esteem in your team members as well as in yourself.
  • Team members feel respected when you listen, seek to understand and accept and honor them for who they are.
  • When respect is present, you see your team members as worthy individuals - not as a means to an end.
  • Team members feel respected when you honor differences of opinion and perspectives without the need to be right.
 The Principle of SERVICE
  • Service is present when we, focus on giving rather than receiving.
  • Service is expressed by basing our guidance on what's best for the team member, rather than us.
  • Serving your team members enables them to achieve beyond their expectations.
  • When you serve as a coach, you enjoy the rewards of helping others reach their potential and make a significant difference in the world.
The Principle of INTEGRITY
  • People with integrity do what they say they will do by the time the say they will do it.
  • Integrity inspires you and your team members to keep commitments, even when challenged.
  • When integrity is present you'll find your team members more open to learning and growth.
  • You model integrity by following policies - no double standard.
 The Principle of AUTHENTICITY
  • An authentic leader shows up as genuine, natural and honest with no pretenses to "look good" and "have all the answers" and “I’m Better” attitude.
  • When authenticity is present, team members can feel comfortable wherever they are in their development.
  • Authenticity inspires team members to be open, honest, and accepting of themselves and others.
  • Authenticity helps team members to express their fears and pitfalls as well as their strengths and gifts

Change your mind and you can change your world!

Isn’t that powerful?  When you think about it, it starts to make sense.  Have you ever imagined yourself accomplishing your dreams?  Do you keep that vision of victory in front of you?  How do you most often see and describe you – in terms of past experiences, present limitations, or future success?  Do you most often envision yourself winning or losing, succeeding or failing?

If you’ve packed away your dreams, you need to unpack them.  Write down two lifelong dreams that prior to now; you haven’t been able to imagine fulfilling.  Dare to rekindle those dreams in your heart and mind.  How will your life look when you reach your own success level?  What will it do for you and your family?   Think about the lifestyle that you will have.

Open your eyes, and your mind to see yourself successful.  If you believe you can do a thing or not, then you are right.  So, let’s start believing today!

Susan Goodknight You are an AMAZING Person to have SHARED this with us and THANK YOU for all that you Do!!! We truly Appreciate your Hard Work and Dedication to this Team!

You are an amazing person and friend Jennifer.  You are leading a team by first setting a good example by how we work.  It's important to share with fellow team members these Principals by which we work so they too can be a great leader and have much success with this business.

You have come into AmeriPlan® full force knowing what you want and for this you are dedicated to not only your success but the success in whole as a team.

Love you Girl!  :)
