First and foremost, I am grateful for my relationship with Jesus Christ. When we ask Him to be our savior, he promises us that He will never leaves us or forsake us. Even though life can be difficult and we have our challenges, God promises he will be there as we seek Him first.
Second, I am thankful for my husband. He is a giving and kind man that cares about me and our family. He works hard at work everyday and he also loves God and teaches his family about God.
Thirdly, I am thankful for my children. Even though they are not perfect, they are good children and work hard in our school and home.
Fourth, I am thankful for another day of life.
Fifth, I am thankful for this post to help me think about being thankful. As the hymn says, "Count your blessings see what God has done, Count your blessings name them one by one. We need to do this often so we will not grumble and complain about the little and sometimes insignificant problems that we encounter. Instead, it is better to have a spirit of thankfulness which can be contagious in our family and with our children.

Do you feel like you're always saying "No" to your kids? Maybe it's time to have a "Yes" day instead.

1st I'm thankful for my Lord and Savior who loves me so much that He heard a 5year olds cries and established a relationship with her and now I'm 35 and still communing with Him as He continues to reveal himself to daily. 2nd, My family is another thing that I'm greatful for. I had a hard time understanding why He blessed me with such a large family that everyone ridiculed me for having. The hardest thing was when my immediate family (mom, dad, grandmom, aunties, and uncles) started talking about me and left me on my own raising them with no moral support or babysitters for those times when I needed alone time. BUT GOD!!!!!!, He supplied my every need and so much more.
I have been blessed beyond measure from strangers when I thought I was out here all alone He would show himself faithful everytime. God began building my faith level by all of the tests that He allowed me to endure, I didn't understand it at the time I was going through but all things are becoming apparently clear as He peels Himself back Layer by layer. I'm in awe of God!!!!
Lastly I'm thankful for my children who are :trying, stubborn, hardheaded, smartallic, sometimes rebellious, beautiful, smart, intelligent, brilliant, loving, compassionate, totally funny, interesting, and who I can't live without.. God revealed to me that they were PROMISES from back in the day when He made a promise to Abraham. I'm included in that promise He made ,because I'm a direct descendent of the Abrahamic Covenant between Abraham and God. He made him the father of many nations and that fulfillment is cared on through me and the others who God has blessed with a full Quiver!!!!!
