Jason driving me crazy!

I don't know what it is but today Jason just seems to be getting under my skin like none other! He won't eat anything I've tried to give him. He keeps trying to run over the dogs in his brothers walker, which I have told him repeatily not to do. He has gotten into the bathtub twice now and got soap all over himself (i think just to hear me yell)  Not to mention his screaming is ear piercing! I dunno what it is today. He is FINALLY down for a nap (that was also a struggle) and I'm praying that when he wakes up he will be a sweet boy like I know he can be. I have to go out to the store when he gets up and as horrible as this sounds I just dread taking him out in public sometimes because of the way he acts! I know its a phase and its just his age but it is so hard to see past the present day sometimes. Is he ever going to get easier to control? Ugh! It's just frustrating. I look at my 8 month old and wonder what happened to Jason.. he used to be such a sweet little baby just like Clayton. I do feel bad for Jason because we have pretty much been trapped in the house all winter and its not his fault that he has a lot of energy. Spring cannot get here fast enough! Then i swear i am never going to be inside! Its driving us all bonkers! Oh well wish me  luck at the store. I'll write more and let you all know how it went.

Feb. 27, 2008 at 5:34 PM How old is jason? If he is older than 3 keep him busy with activities. Give him crayons and papar and let him go to town. Even if he just scratches all over at least he is giving his paper his energy. I have found that sugary drinks can make kids hyper. Give half juice and half water. Best of luck. Moonbeamshining.
