le Cordon Bleu here I come

As many of you know I am moving back to Chicago some time in March, well while I am there I am going to take advantage of this little bump in the road and have gotten accepted to The  Le Cordon Bleu Academy in down town Chicago. I am so excited its some thing that I have been wanting to do for a while. My dream is going to come true. I start May 19Th and I will be going at night so I will still get to stay home with My little one and we are going to start trying for another little one in June (since the course falls in perfect time with trying to start planing for a little one.) I can not wait to start this next chapter in my life. I love cooking and experimenting and making up things all the time now I am going to be classically trained by the best in the world. Soon when you go in to a fancy five start restaurante I will be your chef (that is until I get my own or end up on the food network!! another dream) Well I guess that is all for now I just wanted to tell everybody I am bursting with it and to any one who will listen!!!
