Confessions - Authentic and Heartfelt - Share them here

I am simply, a mom, and have always wanted to write a book.  So, one day after talking to some friends of mine about this idea I decided to test the waters here.  The topics is a book about confessions.  It is a way for individuals to talk about something they did in the past that they have always wanted to 'take back'.  Or maybe, you have wanted to say 'I'm sorry for ....." to someone but could not find them.  Or maybe you wanted to forgive someone who did something to you. 

 There are a million reasons to forgive or be forgiven.  Not only for yourself, but for the other person to see.  Maybe you are not brave enough to say I'm sorry in person but want them to know anyway.  Whatever the reason, this is the place where I hope you will share these confessions. 

I know in my own life there are people I want to forgive and those whom I would like to apologize to, neither of which can I find.  Then, after talking to other women about this I discovered that others had the same desire, so, I decided to post this and see if anyone else might be interested in sharing.

It will be totally random, so I am not going to list it by State or names.

I am going to try my best to list it as 1.) I am asking to be forgiven, or, 2) I am forgiving someone else and then by topics if those topics are clear.  If you would like to share please respond to me here on CafeMom. 

I am not seeking to find you or talk to you.  The only thing I want is your permission to publish your confession.  I do not need names, or the State you are from, or any personal information about the person you are writing about.  I do need you to write at the top of your email to me, "I am aware and have full knowledge that this confession will be published in a book that will be sold nationwide and I am giving my permission for it to be included."  You will need to provide your name and a phone number just in case I do need to contact you, but, no personal information will be included in the book.

It amazes me how many of you are willing to share.  I take your trust and this responsibility very seriously.  Please continue to send me your responses.  You can also send your response to [e-mail]

I am hoping to begin putting the book together by June of 09 and will update you then.
