Child Support Order

So the state of Florida has finally issued an order for child support pymnt and back pay. So as wonderful as that may sound I am not holding my breath for ant payments anytime soon. My son's father is a smoothtalker, he still has feelings for me and all but he wants his cake and all too. When I told him that I was filing for child support he made the statement that I wanted him to be a paperdaddy and at that time I wanted him to be there for our son and help me. So he does not work and he is with a chick who lives off the state with 4 kids, so i told him that he was not going to provide and play "daddy" to someone else kids and do part time to mine. Well I got the papers this friday and I know that he got his well he was supposed to come and cut my son's hair saturday or sunday, well I do not rely on him cause if I do not give in to him it's like damn the both of us, so I already made other plans fr someone else to cur his hair..bd does not like the fact that I have a man in my life and that he does things for my son that he fails to do. Well I am upset because I know that he got those papers because he did not call back saturday evening or at all today, anyways I am not mad that he has to pay but I am hurt due to the fact that I think he is really stepping out of my son's life  because he has to financially help support my son/his child. If that is what happens I got a 4page letter waiting for him.

Mar. 2, 2008 at 10:25 PM i knoe what you are going through my babys father did the same thing. he hated the fact that i had a man in my life willing to take care of my son. if i was you i wouldnt worry about it. he cant have his cake and eat it too. it is his loss that he is not in your sons life. it will hit him hard when he have to pay child support. i hate when a farther has an opportunity to be in their childs life but they choose other wise. my baby's daddy has 2 other kids besides mines and he is not taking care of neither. my son hasnt seen any child support payment since his birth last year which was october and now at the end of FEB. i get 200 dollars. you just focus on raising your son and thank god that you do have a man in your life that is willing to help you.
