I lost more weight..Yay! Thats great news you might say. Yeah it is fabulous. But I don't know how much i lost, i don't have scales. Scales depress me. SO i pay attention to my pants and shirts. Well my pants are all now way to big for me YAY CONGRATS TO ME! RIGHT?.....Wrong.....I lost weight the wrong way. I switched to Diet soda, still didn't drink enough water, just ate less of the Junk food that I love so much. Switching my morning peice of cake for pb. toast on wheat was a step in the right direction. Not eating bags of cookies and chips at a time...great. Getting control of pcos was a good step. But i'm still not getting the nutrients my body needs, and now my body is telling me LOOK FEED ME GOOD STUFF. So now I start my journey on this day of eating healthier. I'm not going to just throw away all my crap food, cause that will make me crave it more. Instead I put in in a cupboard that I don't go into that much. I have spinach and salad mixes in the fridge. I have soup here, you know that low calorie campbells soups stuff..yulp i have that. Strawberries oranges and banana's in my cupboards, apples. ect. The start of a new journey . I'M NOT GOING ON A DIET, I'M CHANGING MY DIET! TO live healthier. To teach my children to say no to bad eating habits, to teaching myself to say yes to the salad instead of the big juicey burger with extra cheese and bacon and on the side chili cheese fries......ok maybe i can let that one slip in ONCE IN A RARE WHILE....lol....So heres to a new week, a new frame of mind, here's to getting myself to e a healthier me! Good luck me!   So bye bye junk food, hello good food.!
