starting a "ladies group"...asking for ideas for fun things to do!!!

Hello ladies.  Myself and a friend are starting a "ladies group" out here in our local county.  We are running an ad in the local paper and the whole bit.  Do you guys have some fun ideas we can incorporate?  We are going to meet twice a month.  I am wanting to do some fun and positive, uplifting things.  Any ideas would be much appreciated!!!
