If I Could Spend a Day With Anyone in the World..

All I would ask for is just one day with my husband, Joe who passed away back in 1992. I would love for him to see his children and how they've grown. I also would love for him to see his grandbabies that he never got to see. He would have loved them so. He would be so proud of all of them. He has missed so much and they've missed so much. But, I realize that one day would not be enough. Only a lifetime is enough to spend with someone you love dearly.... And sometimes a lifetime isn't even enough.

Bless your heart, sweetie! If you know Jesus as your personal Savior, you'll get to see, and spend time with Joe in Heaven! I can't imagine life without my DH! Sometimes he get frustrated with himself or life and makes comments like, "I wish the Lord would just take me home"! I get so upset with him for this, I tell him I need him, his kids need him and his grandchildren need him! Thank you for the post, I know it had to be painful to write. God bless you! ~Brie :)

I'm so sorry to hear of your great loss. I believe that our loved ones do stay with us and your husband is still taking a part in all of your lives.. just quietly. You're a very beautiful woman, it's hard to believe that you have all those kids. you sure don't look old enough! With all that you must have gone through in your life, it's obvious that you have taken good care of yourself and your family. I wish you all the happiness!

May. 12, 2007 at 12:27 PM So sorry for your loss!  I would like to spend a day with my bestfriend whom I don't see much at all anymore!  She has been pregnant for the last 4 years straight also!  She lost 2 of them though and she is now pregnant with another!  She lives the next town over and our schedules never mesh.

I AM SO SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS!!!BUT I BELIEVE HE SEE & WATCHES OVER YOU,YOUR KIDS AND GRANDKIDS I LOST MY GRANDFATHER 6 YEARS AGO AND THE HURT IS UNDESCRIBABLE OF IMAGINING HIM WITH MY BROOKLYNN HE WOULD HAVE LOVED HER MORE THAN LIFE HE LOVED ALL OF US LIKE THAT HE WOULD  SAY COME SEE PAPA MY LITTLE LOVE AND JUST REMEMBERING THOSE BEAUTIFUL SAYINGS AND THOSE BEST DAYS OF MY LIFE SPENT WITH HIM HE LIVES ON IN MY HEART!
