For those of you not in ohio, over the weekend we got 20" of snow in the columbus area..."blizzard of '08"
any way....Had a friend of my husbands in town for the weekend. he came to hang out for a couple of hours and then thier other friend was supposed to come and get him later. well 9:30pm rolls around and the other friend calls and says hes not going to come and get him because he had started drinking already. In a matter of 3 hours he decided to ditch the friend at our house. So im here TRYING to study and am sick of listening to Jermey complain about wanting to go back up to Mikes to drink. Josh had already been driving all evening and had told jeremy he wasnt going to take him back. Like i said i was tired of listening to him and didnt want to listen to him for the rest of the night so i offered to take him back, despite my better judgement.
SO i make it up there ok and drop him off. Hed back towards home. I was about 10 minutes from home (at normal driving speed) I was doing 35mph on the highway and this car in front of keeps sliding between the lanes. Of course i dont want to be behind her if something happens and she looses control. I was coming up on the exit ramp and was getting over and around this lady. well i get beside her and she starts coming toward me...im like crap....so i try to ease over a bit more and hit a slick spot and spin out and flip around and smack into a gaurd rail with the front passenger side corner where the head light and all that is. Popped my air bags.
Im ok though. The Air bag barely grased my lip and cheek.
Sucky part...we had only been dring the car for 3 months since Josh FINALLY got it fixed from the last time someone hit it. The car is still drivable, it just looks bad. so yeag that was my weekend.
On a good note thought we got the rental house we applied for. so we will be moving to the north side next weekend or so.
Alright im gonna get a shower before i have go to class.
