A horrible day.

I had the worse day of my life yesterday. I was told by my obgyn that all the treatments that we have tried has failed. I now need a partical Hystorechtomy. The one where they leave my ovaries so that way I don't go into menopause early. I am so scared, and wish that something would have worked. This is so stressful; I just want to cry. I have never had a surgery before and I hate hospital stays. If anyone has gone through this please any advise would be greatly appricated. I have never been this scared before.
