I really love what I have decided to do. I think that is really important when you decide to go into your own business. Being a crew member with Noah's Ark Workshops has given me so many opportunities in such a short time since I started in September. My friend and I are working on a project to go into Children's Hospital and gives animals for the kids to stuff there in the hospital. What a treat to give from the heart and to bring my son with me and teach him the joy of serving others. My kids are part of my business and i love it. My oldest is 10 and he helps me with all my workshops. My 5 yr old thinks it is Christmas every time I get an order in and loves to go through the boxes to tell me what I got. My 2 yr old, well he just loves to carry and lay on the animals. The older 3 also have an opportunity to earn money. I give my 5 yr old a buck or two for helping me go through the boxes and my 10 yr old gets $5-$10 when he helps at my events. Depending how much work and how much we made.
I made a new friend in this adventure as well. I mentioned her above in the Children's hospital project. We have helped each other in brain storming. I think i recently went a whole week with out talking to her at least one day and I felt like my week was off for some reason. Then i realized that we had not had a chance to chat and see what is going on. She came up with this great idea on how we can help people earn their starter kit. It is really a great idea. I wished I had though of it, but I'm glad she shares. That is how our team works. We all share what is working and I think that is what is going to make us successful. She has people in like 3 or 4 states or more that are on her team. It gives me something to look forward too achieving.
I really would like to build my team, but mostly i just want to share the joy of working with kids and the parties. As business picks up, i need help. i hate to have to turn people away because I am booked up and cant clone myself.
I know this is out there and if you are reading this, you may be asking what is it about. Feel free to ask via e-mail or you can go to my site for more info.
