Walmart return policy...uuugh!

okay...so i DO work for walmart, and i am a customer service manager. i just wanna let u ALL know...if you have a return...STOP AT THE GREETER! it is sooo frustrating for us if u dont and here is why: we have a new return policy at my store where we have to scan the item at the door and put a sticker on it showing what the item is...etc etc...and if we dont have that sticker then we cant do the return! so to save time...stress...and bitching...LOL just stop at the greeter before you do a return.

Mar. 16, 2008 at 9:57 PM Our greeters are like sticker-snipers, LOL! If they see someone coming in with a bag they are all over them putting stickers on the bag, the item, everything. I didn't know 65 year old men could move that fast. :)
