To save a life what does it take?

           So i am going to try and keep this short. I have seen so many upsetting things about people just leaving and abusing their pets. lot of it being military  that i have been seeing so i am once i move going to meet up with everyone i can find to see if they can help. There are ways of making it easier to take your pet with you when the military makes you move. If there is housing people need help with or if they are sending you over seas i want to have it where you can see that it is something you can do. most people in the military should know that they have a good chance of getting sent overseas or to hawaii and yet they dont save to take there pets with them. Its wrong if you feel you can just dump them you shouldnt have pets. so i am in trying really hard to get this worked out and put together. i hope i can make a difference. but for the ones who wont take there pets with them i am also trying to put together a way to help get them puppies to no kill sites.  maybe its because i looked and seen how many of them were just wanting someone to love them and then the fact that they have only like 7 days all on what type of breed  they are before they were killed. that doesnt seem right.

Also on the note i am going to start breeding prob, and yeah i know that prob seems really weird with the fight i am trying to do but i am going to talk with vets and see if i can work out something on breeding  and microchipping as to were if they cant take the pet or need to get rid and drop off in the pound that they always do a scan and see that their is a chip to send the dog somewhere. i dont know how i am going to do this one but i want to make it into some sort of law if you breed you do this and take them and if not  you get fined and then i want it also where if you breed with out doing it you get fined. but im not anyone really special so this might take a long ass time to do but maybe it will help make things better.

maybe some think im silly for trying to do this but with all the BSL popping up and everything i  feel it is a MUST to fight for their life cause if were not ..................WHO IS??
