Flying away she stopped to smile
Thinking I'm going to see you in a little while
Her mommy and daddy were crying
Deep down they felt part of them dying
How do you stop thier tears
Anxious and full of fears
The little angel gave them kisses
Leaving them with heart felt wishes
Going to meet her heavenly father
No more tubes and needles to bother
A new journey being made
A souless body left to be laid
Laid into the hard earthy ground
Nothing left to see but a mound
Looking down from above
Showering down all of her love
Please don't mourn for me anymore
I will be with you forever more
In your hearts and dreams
Letting go is easier than it seems
The little angel is a glorious sight
Now she can sing and play with all of her might
Her eternal soul was set free
