Black Bean Soup (BentoYum.com)

2 cans undrained black beans (Or you could soak and boil up a batch of your own)
1/2 cup salsa
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 can (16 oz.) chicken broth (Or, if you can’t buy cans of broth or don’t want to create extra unnecessary waste, just use 2 cups of water and 2 chicken boullion cubes like I do)
Mash the beans with a potato masher in your pot, add salsa, chili powder, and broth, and bring to a boil. Ladle into bowls (or your bento) and top with shredded cheese, sour cream, green onions, and parsley.
