~ No More Pop! I will only allow myself a few pops a month, if that. Pop will not longer be a temptation for me.
~ Only 1 serving each meal.
~ Smaller portion sizes
~ Workout at the gym 3 days a week, and at home 2-3 days a week.
~ No sweets unless a special occasion.
~ Lose 40lbs. by Nov. 1st (6 months from now)
Heavenly Father, with your help I will reach these goals. I need to learn to lean on you for comfort and not food.
