Chick Full O Activities Weekend

You cannot imagine how busy our weekend was.  friday night i tried to recapture my youth with my siblings....stayed out till 2AM then got up with ds at 6:30AM. 

Then I went to a wedding shower at noon, left there at 2 to come home and prep for the birthday party at the Model Train Museum.  I cannot beleive he is 3.  It seems like yesterday i was waddling around with 61lbs of pregnancy.  The party was 5-7, but we decided to invite most of the ppl back to our house afterwards...ya know how that goes...so 11 PM the stragglers left!  But it was super fun.

 Then we got up at 7 to RUSH to 8AM Mass.  Afterwards, we had to host brunch and Easter egg hunt with Al's sister, etc.   We had dinner at my mom&dad's with my out of town siblings..  it was really wonderful to be with them all--and our easter egg hunt was full contact...at one point my 31y.o. brother and I were wrestling on the FLOOR (and we only have M&Ms in ours!!!)

we just lazed around there, then OOPS, I answered my cell phone (IDIOT) and the inlaws were all back and wanted us to come over there.....dammit...so there we went, until 10PM!!!!!!!!  the kids spent the night at al's dad's.  i had some MAJOR allergic reaciton to BIL's cat--even had hives on my neck, but oh no, we could NOT leave.  i can't even describe the floor at their house, and my kids took their shoes off. i just wanted to curl up and die.

needless to say we got home and collapsed.  and i think i am getting sick and am so so so tired.....wonder why?  could I be run down?

Mar. 25, 2008 at 6:57 AM you crazy girl!  sounds like a fun weekend.  drink some OJ and rest.....don't get the flu like at our house! ugh.  take it easy this week and maybe the sickness will pass you by.  happy belated easter and happy belated bday to the big boy!
