Kindness does still exist

I was at  the mall today and my son I were getting lunch.  While I was trying to carry his bag, the books that I bought, watch him and carry a tray full of food my drink fell off and spilled everywhere.  Two people at a table close by didn't blink and eye, got up and helped my clean up the mess.  I thought, how fantastic.  I didn't know these people and they came to my rescue.  I would like to think that I would do the same thing-honestly, I think I would.

In all this chaos and gun shooting and bad public education and all, people are still good.  I know that all they did was help me clean up my mess, but I didn't ask them to and they didn't have to-they just did.  Now I feel it is up to me to pay it forward and make sure that I in return, help others.  It's the little things that can brighten your day, this was what brightened mine.

Mar. 25, 2008 at 3:20 PM This reminds me of a commerical that is out I can't think of what produt but someone does a nice thing for another person and they keep it going throughout the commercial. It is hard to believe that there are still some good people out there. And it is nice to hear about it!
