I'm really getting there!  I have ran/walked/jogged 18 miles so far this week.  My goal is a minimum of 20 per week.  I am loving running now.  It feels so good to do it. 

 I'll weigh in in a week to see if it's helping, and if it's not I'm gonna do it anyway!

 How do you stay fit?

Mar. 27, 2008 at 2:58 PM As of *yeserday* I've decided to start eating better. I feel hungry right now, but it could be boredom or not enough water. I want to start exercising too, but I dont know where to start. What do you reccomend? (((keep up the good work)))
