Hey Karmaforjesus,
I agree, different people think different things are right. But generally speaking, if you found a wallet and it turns out you know this person, and you really don't like them, not to mention it had quite a bit of money in it, what is the right thing? This is just my opinion, but even with the temptations, I would think the right thing would to return the wallet to his/her owner. This is the types of things I am talking about. choosing right from wrong can be opinionated, but there are a few things that are common sense.
I don't do anything on the guise of "religion."
I think once I started thinking about the other person....it got a lot easier to do the right thing (i.e. returning the wallet.) I didn't start this until I was saved because it was all about me before. Sure, I would do the right thing more than not before, but also I would have those "temptations" you were talking about. I used to steal before I was saved, so this would have been a big thing for me just to find something like that and to be honest if no one was looking it might not have returned to the rightful owner.
Now after being saved it's a NO-brainer. The wallet wouldn't have been in my hands by that evening. It's just something that changed in me.

I believe I do what's right because that's what I was taught to do from childhood! Partly because of my morals, partly because it's just built in me! Alot of times what I think is right , is wrong to someone else, but in the long run, I've seldom regretted what my RIGHT feelings told me!
