divorce and the effect on little kids...

my nephew just recently filed for divorce from his wife of 5 years. he isnt able to spend time with the kids cause his soon to be x wife is playing head games with him by telling him if he dont do anything for her, he cant see the kids. he wants full custody of the kids but, right now he is in the process of getting his own place and then he will have the kids. his son is 3 and his daughter just turned 1yrs old on the 19th of march. my nephew is a loving father and he is working his butt off for his kids. his ex already has a new boyfriend and she does things infront of those kids that she shouldnt do around them. she started using drugs and neglecting the kids and she has tol alot of people she wants to get away from her kids so she can be free and do whatever she wants to do. its sad that people just cant get along for the kids, do you think adults ever think of the kids when they arebeing stupid?
