Long day

Well it has been a long day.  First of all I woke up this morning and Bella had a huge bump on her head.  I took her to the Animal Clinic.  It is open 24 hours a day 365 days a year.  I got her there at 11:30am.  They took her in and admitted her.  They had to do surgery.  They cut her bump open and drained out all the pus.  I left at 1:30pm.  I had to be at work by 2pm.  I called the oncall person at my work and told her what was going on.  After I left the animal clinic I was crying up a storm and told them that I had to go back and pick up Bella between 4 - 6 hours.  So I called off.  Well later on I called the oncall person again (Sandy).  She told me that she called Normandie Ridge where I was supposed to go and I wasn't even on there schedule.  So that was good for me and for Sandy because it was the scheduling people's fault.  So I won't get into trouble and Sandy didn't have to find anyone to replace me.  Well I started getting worried because I didn't here from the animal clinic.  I called them around 5:30pm to check on Bella and they told me that she didn't even have her surgery yet.  So at around 7pm they called and told me that Bella was out of surgery and I could go pick her up at 9pm.  I was soooo happy.  It is now 10:45pm.  Bella had her medicine, she ate and drank and she is following me around.  So I guess that she will be sleeping with me tonight.  God love her.  I am so happy that she is okay.  I know that people think that it's a pet but she is part of my family and I love her like my own child.  I payed to much money for her and I've had her since she was 7 weeks old.  I have to call the vetenarian tomorrow and make an appointment for Wednesday or Thursday.  I am so glad that this day is over with.  Thank you all for being there for me when I need someone to talk to.  I also posted 2 new pictures of Bella after the surgery.  Take care and have a great day.  Love you all.  Em :)
