It is getting increasing more expensive to potentially become sicker...Please see my blog and see how it does not always have to be this way...also getting well may be affordable and even more affordable helping others!!! Have a GREAT DAY!!! Kim www.divinehealthbykimmie.blogspot.com THANK YOU!!! Take Care!!!

Kim, I totally agree with you that improving your health doesn't have to be costly. Even better than naturally healing from a sickness or disease is to improve health BEFORE these things tear down your body and immune system. I've read various percentages as to how much of disease and age related illness is due to lifestyle choices but some estimates put it as high as 90%. 90% of whether or not people get older without cancer, heart disease, arthritis, etc, is within their control.
Some people might look at that and say "Wow, that's a lot of work and responsibility. I don't think I can change my health and lifestyle that much." I see it as an opportunity tho. We don't have to get older and lose our memories and mental faculties, gain weight, get arthritis and high blood pressure. We just don't have to accept that as "normal" parts of aging.
