Today is my day!

This rarely happens to me. Everything is working out in my favor today.

Kalten was pulling at his ears again, and he's getting a cold or something. I took him to the chiropractor and even though we were a walk-in, she got us right in. She looked in his ears and said they look even better than at his last appointment. She "wiggled" him for the congestion and used the massager on him, and then didn't even charge us for the visit!

Then we went to Wal-Mart to find plastic realistic dinosaurs because that's what Kalten's into now. I pulled in the lot and it was packed! It's a super-duper-larger-than-a-small-town kind of Wal-Mart, and it just opened recently so the novelty hasn't worn off for us hick town folk. Well, a car right toward the front vacated its spot right as I got there.

I realized Kalten had fallen asleep on the way there. I almost said forget it, it's just plastic dinosaurs, but since I'd come all that way with gas prices so high, I figured I might as well take him in. Besides, it would be a nice surprise to wake up to.

And since we were there, I figured why not stop by the electronics department just in case? Well there it was; the entire shelf stuffed full of Wiis (Wiii?). A couple with a small child was there too, and while the husband ran to find an associate, the wife turned to me and said, "that's something you don't see every day!" I nodded, thinking it had to be a cruel April Fool's joke. I called Paul, sure he wouldn't wake up. I don't know what I would have done if he hadn't answered, but he picked up! I told him, and he said to put it on the credit card (the one with 29% interest - yikes, but we've got the cash set aside for it, we just have to move it around to the right account).

THEN when we got home, our Tuff as Snails shirts had come in the mail! They came in a super cute little bag with a Moo card (my first ever!). I'll get a pic up soon!

Could today get better? Well, if that pee test had turned up positive, but other than that...

YAY!  Sounds like a good day to me!  Im glad you like your package :)  I love making them all cute, Im a sucker for presentation!
