My mom is alive but I don't tell her these things often!

-Thanks for showing me wholesome T.V. shows growing up like: Bewitched, Dick Van Dyke, Leave it To Beaver, Lucy, etc.  Without those shows I probably would not have a witty mind.

-Thanks for laughing out loud when you were in a good mood (rare)!  It made me feel like you knew everything would be okay.

-Thanks for showing me how to do my own hair!  (She was a licensed cosmotologist.)  You let me know that when I don't have money to go get pampered, I can pamper myself!

-Thanks for saying never leave home without your lipstick and earrings.  It has helped me as I get older.  It preserves my sexy!!! (I got that from P.Diddy!)

-Thanks for showing me how to stretch tuna salad with macaroni!

-Thanks for showing me how to use honey instead of sugar!

-Thanks for keeping me from the streets!

-Thanks for exposing me to your fashion designing talents and your trip to Rome to study fashion!

-Thanks for telling me how you survived being homeless in N.Y.

-Thanks for showing me a zillion ways to enjoy eggs! (While living in a kitchenette in N.Y. all she could afford were eggs and a  stick of butter to eat on!)
