The Mortgage Crisis, Community and Justin Timberlake

A few days ago on my blog there was a passionate discussion about the cause of the current mortgage crisis...some pointed to people buying homes they shouldn't be buying.  I doubt it is that simple but there is a problem with builders choosing to develop our rural lands for the sake of feeding those who want larger homes on larger lots.
